The first ASGARD product warranty statement

ASGARD warrants to end users that its products are free from defects in materials and manufacturing. Subject to the following conditions and limitations, if the defect in any part of the Product proves to be caused by workmanship or materials, ASGARD will, at its option, repair or replace the Product parts by providing repair or replacement of the Product. This limited product warranty covers repair, replacement, or refund of faulty ASGARD products only. ASGARD shall not be liable for any loss of content or data, damage or loss resulting from errors, or for any costs incurred in determining the source of system problems, or in disassembling, repairing or installing ASGARD products, which are not covered by the product warranty. This product warranty does not cover third-party software, connected devices, or stored data. ASGARD is therefore not responsible for any loss or damage caused by third party software, connected devices or stored data.

The second warranty period

(1) Memory: ASGARD memory sold in China is guaranteed for life. That is, from the date of purchase, if the product is damaged due to natural factors, it will enjoy free maintenance service.
(2) Flash drives: All ASGARD flash drives sold in China are guaranteed for three years. That is, from the date of purchase, if the product is damaged due to natural factors, it will enjoy free maintenance service for three years.
(3) SSD SSD: ASGARD SSD series storage devices sold in China, the date is calculated according to the factory S/N code, and can enjoy after-sales service with a 3-year warranty from the factory date (the full range of SSDs provides after-sales service with a 5-year warranty).

Third Limited Warranty

This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural or external factors and ASGARD is not responsible for the information contained in stored products, and the product is not covered by the ASGARD product warranty if:
(1) When the product fails due to natural disasters, man-made improper operation and other factors other than the product itself;
(2) When the product is repaired or disassembled by technicians not authorized by the company;
(3) When the warranty label, tamper-proof label and memory anti-counterfeiting label are altered, damaged or lost;
(4) When the product serial number does not match or the serial number is damaged or unclear; Products whose original identifying information has been altered, smeared or removed;
(5) Products purchased through non-ASGARD distribution channels and second-hand resale products;
(6) Due to improper use environment, the product is corroded, rusted and other phenomena;
(7) Damage caused by failure to use, maintain and store in accordance with the requirements of the product manual;
(8) Damage caused by poor transportation and other force majeure;

The fourth exemption clause

(1) ASGARD is only responsible for the maintenance and testing of the company's products, and does not provide rescue or backup services for the data stored in the products. The Company shall not be liable for any loss of information stored in the Company's products due to any factors.
(2) ASGARD is also not responsible for any defective or damaged products and loss of data caused by any factors during the delivery of repairs, and it is recommended that you back up all the data stored in our products and delete them from the products before sending them for repair.
(3) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASGARD shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of anticipated costs, loss of data, or other indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Company's products.
(4) ASGARD's products are not designed for high-safety purposes, and the company does not recommend that you use the company's products in life support equipment, or other equipment that may cause personal injury or death due to defects or failures of the product, including but not limited to medical or related equipment, military or related equipment, aircraft, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention systems, combustion control systems, and nuclear energy equipment. If the company's products are used in such applications, the company will not be responsible for any personal injury or loss arising from such applications.

Other Statements

(1) The above warranty terms are the only and entirety, supersede all other oral or written agreements, and are not accompanied by any other warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose not stated herein, whether express or implied.
(2) If the laws of a particular country/region limit the maximum warranty period of the product, ASGARD will provide technical support and warranty services to local consumers to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of that particular country/region.
(3) If the laws of a particular country do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, ASGARD only acknowledges that such implied warranty is valid for the duration of the warranty specified by ASGARD in that particular country/region.

Sixth maintenance RMA policy

(1) When returning products to ASGARD, customers are required to comply with the following RMA procedures so that we can receive the goods in time and avoid errors.
(2) We only accept returned products with RMA numbers approved by the company. Therefore, the customer must receive the ASGARD Product Service Request Form and RMA number issued by ASGARD before shipping the product, otherwise the company will not accept the product that does not match the original RMA order, and any changes, additions or deletions must be confirmed before shipment.
(3) Customers please fill in the specific specifications and content of the products to be returned according to the ASGARD product after-sales service application form, and then fax a copy of the form or E-mail to us, and then we will re-fax the form marked with RMA number to the customer.
(4) After receiving the RMA number from ASGARD, send the repaired product to ASGARD by mail, write the corresponding RMA number on the packaging box air waybill, request the 'home delivery' transportation service, and indicate the recipient's data of the returned product on the waybill.
(5) Each application form can only choose one return method, different return methods please fill in the separate application form, the form is not enough to copy. (6) After receiving the reworked product, if there is a discrepancy in the product (such as quantity change, part number correction, product that is not ASGARD, etc...). ), we will inform the customer. Please help us resolve the discrepancy as soon as possible.

Seventh, other considerations

(1) For products with storage functions, please back up the original information in the product before sending it for repair. ASGARD does not guarantee the integrity of the data during repairs;
(2) The maintenance of some products is carried out by means of spare parts replacement, so the repaired products may not be the original repair products;
(3) Due to the rapid replacement of the product, when the product is discontinued or the original factory is no longer repaired, ASGARD Technology will replace it with a 'replacement' of the same level.
(4) ASGARD does not provide different capacity exchanges and designated pellet services;
(5) ASGARD SSD product accessories (packaging, instructions, drivers, protective cases, USB cables, brackets, etc.) are not guaranteed;

The eighth ODM/OEM service commitment

(1) ODM/OEM customers should provide warranty services for products within the warranty period and products that meet the warranty conditions.
(2) ODM/OEM customers must strictly implement the warranty policy of the company's products and implement the above warranty provisions for their customers. Any loss caused to the company and products due to the failure of ODM/OEM customers to faithfully perform the above service regulations shall be borne by the ODM/OEM customers.

Ninth Title

To the extent permitted by law, the final interpretation of these Regulations belongs to the Company, and the Company has the right to modify these Warranty Conditions at any time and notify all customers.
